The initiative, open to all ages, sought to encourage physical activity, health, and sustainability. Throughout the day, participants could experience new modalities such as Clinical Pilates, Dance Fit, Chi-Kung, and Yoga, promoting movement and both physical and mental well-being.
The program also included a demonstration of Basic Life Support, a talk on healthy and sustainable eating, and composting practices, presenting simple ways to integrate them into daily life.
Various local entities, institutions, and projects were present to showcase their work, providing opportunities for connection and sharing with the community. The organization thanked all partners and participants in this first edition.
