Universidade NOVA de Lisboa celebrated the graduation of its first 20 students at the NOVA Cairo campus in Egypt, consolidating a pioneering academic cooperation project.

The academic completion ceremony for the first 20 students educated in Egypt took place on Saturday, October 17th, marking a historic moment for the internationalization of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. This first cohort includes four graduates in Environmental Engineering, eight in Industrial Engineering and Management, two in Management, and six in Information Management.
Opened in 2022, NOVA Cairo was established through an agreement between Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and The Knowledge Hub Universities, an international higher education hub located in Egypt's New Administrative Capital, which hosts leading foreign higher education institutions and allows students to pursue international academic programs without leaving the country.
