The TorinoFilmLab has opened applications for FeatureLab 2027, a program aimed at first or second feature film projects in an advanced stage of development.

The program, open to teams of directors and producers from around the world, covers fiction, creative documentary, animation, experimental cinema, and other cinematic forms. Teams may also include a screenwriter.
FeatureLab combines individual mentoring by international industry professionals with group sessions, addressing artistic and creative aspects, as well as project production and promotion strategies. Ten teams will be selected to participate in three sessions: a workshop in Portugal in June, an online session in September, and the final workshop in Turin, Italy, in November.
During the final workshop, participants will present their projects at the TFL Meeting Event to producers, sales agents, and other international industry professionals. A jury will award production grants and prizes from partner organizations.
Applications are open until November 5, at 4:00 PM (CET), via the official TorinoFilmLab website. On October 13, at 2:30 PM (CET), an online presentation and Q&A session will be held with Vincenzo Bugno, the program's curator.
FeatureLab is organized by the TorinoFilmLab - Museo Nazionale del Cinema, with support from the MEDIA strand of the Creative Europe program.
