The Union of Freguesias of Massamá and Monte Abraão has launched the Youth Participatory Assembly, a monthly civic participation space for young people to debate relevant topics and contribute to community decisions.

The initiative aims to bring young people together to discuss important issues, present proposals, and influence decisions that directly affect their lives and the local community.
The first session took place on October 17th, focusing on the theme “From Idea to Change: How to Create Fairer Public Policies”, with the participation of Miguel Madeira, a researcher in Public Policies at IPPS-ISCTE.
Young people interested in participating in future sessions can register via the link provided on the Union of Freguesias website.
