The meeting, taking place in Azambuja, will be broadcast live via the Municipality's official communication channels, allowing public access. The session will begin with a period for citizen participation, where questions and suggestions can be presented, followed by the discussion of matters of municipal interest by the councillors.
The Agenda includes the discussion and voting of several proposals. Among them is the approval of the Final Report for the Construction Project of the Territorial Post of the National Republican Guard of Aveiras de Cima, which involves the exclusion of proposals and non-adjudication. Another relevant item is the award for the pedestrian link between Alcoentre and Casais das Boiças, part of the public space requalification project.
The initiation of the procedure for the Azambuja Nascente Detailed Plan will also be discussed, including the approval of the Terms of Reference and the opening of the public participation period.
