This certification reinforces the recognition of the quality of work developed over recent years in promoting the teaching and practice of aquatic activities in the municipality. To mark this important achievement, the official plaque identifying this certification was today affixed at the Azambuja Swimming Complex, symbolizing the continuous commitment of the Municipality of Azambuja to quality, innovation, and the permanent improvement of services provided to its users.
The process began in June 2022, with the formalization of the protocol between the Municipality of Azambuja and the Portuguese Swimming Federation for adherence to the Portugal a Nadar Program. After achieving Level 1 Quality Certification in 2022, the school implemented measures that have now culminated in the award of the Level 2 - Silver Certification.
This distinction represents compliance with demanding evaluation criteria in Organizational Quality and Pedagogical Quality, assessing management, service organization, professional qualifications, teaching models, and the satisfaction of students and families.
Obtaining the Level 2 - Silver Certification marks another milestone in the journey of the Municipal School of Swimming and Aquatic Activities of Azambuja, reflecting the daily commitment of the technical and pedagogical team and the Municipality's investment in providing excellent sports services. It also reinforces the confidence of students and guardians in the quality of the teaching provided.
