On November 4th, the Municipality of Arruda dos Vinhos provided a group of 25 residents with a visit to the exhibition «Com o coração livre de cuidado» by Pedro Cabrita Reis at the MAAT – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, located in Alcântara - Lisbon.
The guided tour, led by Ulisses from MAAT's Educational Service, guided the group through the work of Pedro Cabrita Reis, a prominent figure in Portuguese contemporary art with international recognition and projection. The initiative offered a deeper understanding of the exhibition's narrative, helping to comprehend the intentions, concepts, and various interpretations present in the artworks.
As part of the Municipality's Visual Arts program, this initiative aims to bring residents closer to contemporary artistic creation, providing cultural experiences that promote knowledge, reflection, and contact with different forms of artistic expression.
