The Vice-President, Alfeu Nascimento, and the Councillor Lígia Teixeira Lopes were present at the reception for scientists participating in the European Researchers' Night. This national initiative also took place in Barca D’Alva, at the Open Science Platform building, last Friday.
The meeting provided an opportunity to get to know the work of scientists from different fields up close, discover their professional paths, and understand what motivates them to explore the unknown.
In Barca D’Alva, between the Douro and the Águeda rivers, science meets landscape, communities, memory, art, and technology.
