The i9Social initiative aims to promote entrepreneurship and social innovation, seeking projects that generate a positive impact in the areas of Health, Education, Social Inclusion, Environment, Employment, Tourism, and Culture, among others of community interest. Entrepreneurs, social economy organizations, and teams with innovative ideas can submit their applications.
Selected projects will benefit from comprehensive support, including physical or virtual incubation at the Soure Social Innovation Center, technical and strategic guidance from specialized consultants, and assistance in defining and implementing development plans. Capacity-building actions, mentoring, and networking opportunities will also be provided.
Support development will be personalized through a work plan tailored to each initiative's needs, aiming to strengthen its sustainability and social impact. The selection process involves two phases: application review and interview.
Promoted by Escolíadas – Associação Recreativa e Cultural and Skillent, Lda., with funding from Portugal 2030, the i9Social program plans to support various innovative initiatives until September 2027, strengthening the entrepreneurship and social innovation ecosystem in the Centro Region.
