The distinction was received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Pedro Geirinhas, and administrator Ricardo Lacerda, who represented the municipal company. The seal recognizes the quality of the water supplied to consumers and the rigor of its control and monitoring.
The award to Águas de Coimbra values the technical competence and dedication of the teams responsible for ensuring this responsibility daily. Among the award criteria are the performance of all analyses foreseen in the Water Quality Control Program and achieving at least 99% of results that respect the limits defined by legislation for the different parameters analyzed.
Created by ERSAR in 2009, this seal once again distinguishes Águas de Coimbra, strengthening confidence in the quality of the water reaching taps and in the municipal public service.
