This new initiative aims to expand opportunities for physical activity for expectant mothers, promoting well-being and providing an aquatic activity space suitable for this stage of life. The creation of this modality is part of the Municipality's commitment to diversify and expand available activities, seeking to meet the community's different interests and needs and encourage active and healthy lifestyles.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 12:00 PM and Thursdays at 4:00 PM. Participation will cost 25 euros per month for twice a week or 20 euros for once a week, plus a registration fee of 16 euros.
Registrations must be made in person at the reception of the Piscina Municipal do Edifício Portugal.
