The Rural Welcome and Link Space in Carrazeda de Ansiães was inaugurated today, November 4th, by the CIM Douro, as part of the RAYAVIVA project.

This new pilot space aims to serve as an entry point to the Douro region for individuals wishing to live and work in the area. Its purpose is to welcome and guide new residents, connecting them with local opportunities in coordination with the 19 municipalities that make up the CIM Douro.
The RAYAVIVA project, led by Fundación INTRAS, involves partners from Portugal and Spain and is co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) 2021-2027 Programme.
The Rural Welcome and Link Space in Carrazeda de Ansiães is the second operational center for the RAYAVIVA project, following a center already established in Salamanca and with plans for a center in Zamora. This is the only such space in Portugal.
