Aware that many disagreements, whether between neighbors, within families, or in a school context, can affect well-being and coexistence, the Junta de Freguesia of São Vicente is committed to dialogue as a problem-solving tool. The new Mediation Office will provide a space for listening and understanding, supported by an impartial mediator.
The service will allow for clarifying doubts about the Mediation process, assessing if a situation can benefit from support, promoting dialogue between conflicting parties, and seeking consensual and mutually satisfactory solutions. The goal is to facilitate communication and rapprochement between individuals.
Appointments will be available on Wednesdays, by prior arrangement. For more information or to schedule an appointment, interested parties can call 911 198 218. It is not necessary to know in advance if mediation is the right solution; the first step can simply be seeking clarification.
