Information sessions were held at the Regiment of Infantry 15 (RI 15), Regiment of Cavalry 6 (RC6), and Regiment of Infantry 19 (RI19), on September 15, 17, and 29, respectively. In these sessions, military personnel learned about the main areas of IASFA's operation, with a focus on Health Assistance for Military Personnel (ADM) and Complementary Social Action (ASC).
Regarding ADM, the rules and procedures for the free and contracted regimes were detailed, as well as the utilities of the reserved area on the Beneficiary Portal. For ASC, topics such as social support subsidies, IASFA's social facilities, Residential Structures for the Elderly (ERPI), and University Residences, managed by the Social Support Division (DAS), were addressed.
The role of the Tourism and Leisure Division (DTL) was also mentioned, presenting holiday camps, accommodation at Social Support Centres (CAS), partner hotels, and international travel and accommodation. The Heritage Management Division (DGP) was also referenced, detailing the conditions for accessing IASFA's social housing and the application process for rental tenders.
Through these initiatives, CAS Braga aimed to strengthen proximity with its beneficiaries and raise awareness of IASFA's role in the support and services available to military personnel and their families.
