Part of the National Digital Strategy, the initiative's motto is «Safety in every click». Through accessible content and close support, it seeks to enhance digital literacy and facilitate the use of public services, such as booking appointments and renewing documents.
The training program is structured in three levels — Digital Explorer, Digital Navigator, and Digital Specialist — which can be taken independently. The offering ranges from initial digital steps to more advanced content, allowing individuals to learn for free at their own pace.
In addition to promoting the secure use of digital services, Masters of Digital aims to develop citizen autonomy, stimulate critical thinking, and encourage more active civic participation through technology. Interested individuals can also consult the free online courses available.
