The funds are to cover the costs of leveling and gravel placement on the field, addressing the need for use of the space, which is frequented daily by children from the local football school. Given the urgency, the parish council has already begun the work to ensure the safety and sports practice of the young people.
The measure, based on the Municipal Regulation for Support to Parish Councils, reinforces the collaboration between the municipality and local authorities in improving community facilities. Councillor Aurélio Neiva highlighted that the support aims at the "pursuit of public interest", ensuring conditions for the use of the space for the children's Football School.
The transfer of funds is conditional upon the delivery of accounting documents and proofs by the parish council.
