These initiatives aim to stimulate motor development, autonomy, and confidence from the earliest years, encouraging physical activity and the acquisition of healthy lifestyle habits through play and movement.
The Physical-Motor Expression activity, which began on October 6th, consists of a weekly 40-minute session throughout the school year, focusing on the child's overall development through movement and body exploration.
Adaptation to the Aquatic Environment, scheduled for the 2nd academic term, provides progressive and safe adaptation to water, developing skills such as breath control, flotation, and movement, while also promoting confidence and aquatic self-protection.
Both programs are part of the Municipal Education Program (PME) and are provided by the municipality's Sports Division and Sports Equipment Management.
