The contest challenges students to present business ideas and projects with potential for practical implementation, an innovative and differentiating character, and capable of generating economic and social value for the local community. The goal is to stimulate creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and initiative.
Ideas that demonstrate originality, feasibility, economic potential, competitive advantages, and interest for community development will be valued, particularly through the creation of new products or services, the introduction of new processes, or the identification of new market opportunities.
The top three business ideas will receive monetary prizes of €2,000.00 (1st place), €1,000.00 (2nd place), and €500.00 (3rd place). The educational institution with the highest number of valid applications will be awarded €1,500.00.
The winning project will represent the Municipality in the Intermunicipal Entrepreneurship Contest in the Schools of the Aveiro Region and may advance to the regional contest promoted by the CCDRC.
Applications can be submitted between November 15 and December 15.
