The musical project, stemming from the encounter between two distinct paths, builds a common language based on composition, improvisation, and instrumental narrative. The name, Berlim 5.39, suggests an imaginary place where elements such as structure and freedom, writing and spontaneity, tension and comfort coexist.
The music is organized around original pieces conceived as instrumental songs. Although there are no sung lyrics, each piece assumes a strong narrative dimension, guiding the listener through different soundscapes and emotional landscapes. At times, the narrative is deepened by the presence of recited poetry, which integrates organically into the musical fabric.
Berlim 5.39 crosses influences from contemporary jazz, improvised music, electronic music, contemporary classical music, and world music, seeking a personal, intimate, and communicative approach based on listening, dialogue, and shared creation.
