The Incubator of Technology-Based Companies of the University of the Azores (InUAc) led a consultation session at the event “UAc Premier: Agribusiness – Roots that Feed the Future”, promoted by the General Council of the University of the Azores, in Ponta Delgada.

The meeting, held on September 16th, gathered companies, regional entities, and researchers from UAc with the main objective of aligning scientific knowledge with real market needs. The initiative aimed to identify specific challenges in the agribusiness sector and explore collaboration opportunities with the existing expertise and research lines at the University.
Through open and constructive dialogue, the session fostered a closer connection between academia and the business community. The event created conditions for developing innovative solutions with economic, social, and environmental impact, highlighting the potential of research conducted at UAc to address the Region's challenges.
This action is part of the InnoVamos project, funded by the Interreg MAC Programme and co-financed by the Government of the Azores. It reinforces InUAc's commitment to transforming scientific knowledge into practical, sustainable solutions that generate value for the regional economy.
