The Vouzela Municipal Council has kicked off another year of the “Sport Knows No Age” project, which this edition has around 170 registered participants.

The initiative aims to encourage regular physical activity, promote social interaction among participants, and contribute to a more active and healthy life.
Led by the municipality's technicians, maintenance gymnastics classes are held weekly in the parishes of the municipality, and hydro-gymnastics sessions take place on Fridays at the Vouzela Municipal Pool.
“Sport Knows No Age” is developed with the support of Private Institutions of Social Solidarity and Parish Councils, which collaborate, notably, in providing facilities.
