The Local Health Unit of Almada-Seixal (ULS Almada-Seixal) calls for blood donation, reminding that the need for this gesture is not seasonal and the entire process takes about 30 minutes.

Seasons change, but the need for blood is not seasonal. This autumn, ULS Almada-Seixal invites the public to donate blood. The entire donation process, from registration, through clinical screening, collection, and ending with a meal, takes approximately 30 minutes.
Interested individuals can go to Hospital Garcia de Orta, part of ULS Almada-Seixal, on all working days. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, the donation hours are from 9 am to 3 pm. On Wednesdays and Fridays, the hours extend from 9 am to 7 pm.
