Barreiro's candidacy aims to transform the city and value diversity, with voting now open to support a more humane, accessible, and socially responsible Barreiro. The project, supported for this transformation, is an innovative initiative by the Autarchy that joins forces with the IEFP, social organizations, and local companies.
Through Supported Employment, the Municipality seeks to integrate citizens with disabilities into the regular job market. The initiative includes the removal of urban barriers, inclusive services, and the creation of the “Inclusive Employer” Seal, ensuring autonomy, dignity, and equal opportunities.
