The Digital Commercial Neighborhood (BCD) project in Amora will be officially presented next Sunday, November 8th, at 3 PM, at Jardim da Cruz de Pau.

The initiative will take place in coordination with the Magusto – Sabores da Castanha event, promoted by the Junta de Freguesia de Amora and ACISTDS – Association of Commerce, Industry, Services, and Tourism of the District of Setúbal, with the support of the Seixal Municipal Council.
In addition to other highlights of the program, such as roasted chestnuts and entertainment, the event includes the official presentation of the project by its manager, Francisco Rocha. A demonstration of the digital solutions provided by the Amora BCD will also be held, showcasing the tools and technological resources available to participating businesses.
The Amora BCD project aims to contribute to the modernization and enhancement of local commerce through the adoption of digital solutions that strengthen business competitiveness, improve consumer experience, and promote greater proximity between commerce and the community.
The public presentation serves as a moment for dissemination and community engagement, highlighting the opportunities that digital transformation offers for traditional commerce and the economic development of the Amora parish.
The Amora Digital Commercial Neighborhood is the result of an application submitted by the Seixal Municipal Council, in partnership with the Junta de Freguesia de Amora and ACISTDS, to the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), under the 'Digital Commercial Neighborhoods' call.
