The Humanization Group of the Pediatric Service at the Local Health Unit (ULS) Almada-Seixal organized, last month, an afternoon of leisure for children receiving care at the Day Hospital, External Consultations, and the Child Development Center (CDC). The event took place at Quantum Park, in Almada.
During the visit, the young patients enjoyed moments of fun, jumping, and social interaction with peers and their families. The main goal of this and other activities promoted by the professionals is to offer moments of joy to these children, who are going through delicate stages of their lives.
ULS Almada-Seixal expressed its gratitude to the Pediatric Humanization Group for the organization, and to partners Quantum Park and Padaria Portuguesa for their generosity and support in this initiative.
