The awarding of the Silver Seal presupposes compliance with a wide range of accessibility and usability requirements. The evaluation considered keyboard navigation and use, compatibility with assistive technologies, content structure and clarity, interactive elements, and transaction processes, in accordance with the WCAG 2.1, level AA requirements.
This seal represents the Felgueiras Municipality's commitment to a more accessible, inclusive, and people-centered digital Public Administration. The Municipality will continue to monitor and improve the website, seeking to eliminate barriers and facilitate access for all citizens to municipal information and services.
