The Municipality of Marvão has announced that the Al Mossassa Festival has been postponed to the weekend of October 9-11, due to the forecast of bad weather in the coming days. This decision was made after analyzing predictions from the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), which indicate unfavorable conditions for outdoor activities.
With this date change, the Municipality is prioritizing the safety of all visitors, exhibitors, artisans, and organizing teams. The change will also allow all planned activities, including street entertainment, stage shows, and events at the Castle, to proceed with their usual quality.
The Municipality of Marvão regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks partners, residents, and tourists for their understanding, renewing the invitation to join the historical celebration from October 9 to 11.
