The Call-Notice M2030-2026-34 – RAM Food Emergency Program, published on September 30th within the scope of the Madeira Regional Program 2021-2027, aims to combat material deprivation and ensure access to food and essential goods for individuals and families facing economic hardship.
Support will be provided through vouchers and/or rechargeable electronic cards, usable in commercial establishments in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The program's execution is the responsibility of the Madeira Social Security Institute, IP-RAM (ISSM), in coordination with non-profit partner organizations.
The total allocation for the notice is €7 million from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), with a maximum co-financing rate of 50%. The application period runs from September 30th to October 20th, 2026, until 5:00 PM, through the Balcão dos Fundos.
The management of this notice is ensured by the Regional Development Institute, IP-RAM, as the Managing Authority of the Madeira Regional Program 2021-2027.
