The Cuida-te Program is reinforcing its network of Youth Health Offices (GSJ) by integrating 49 new professionals nationwide, aiming to enhance support and health promotion for young people.

The team will now include 35 psychologists, 9 nutritionists, and 5 nurses. These professionals will provide care and support to young people, boosting the capacity and accessibility of specialized services. Their work will involve screening, counseling, information provision, doubt clarification, risk behavior prevention, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
The interventions of the Youth Health Offices focus on five key areas: mental health and emotional well-being, sexuality, addictive behaviors, nutrition, and body and physical activity. The program aims for a preventive and integrated approach, valuing the roles of families, peers, schools, and communities.
The Youth Health Offices offer a free, anonymous, and confidential service for young people aged 12 to 30, providing a safe space for information, advice, and specialized support to address their needs.
