Professor Doctor Isabel Craveiro, a lecturer and Coordinator of the Doctorate in International Health at IHMT NOVA, has contributed to the scientific coordination and authored the introductory text for the recently launched fourth edition of the EUTOPIA Review. This academic publication is part of the EUTOPIA alliance of European universities, which includes the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
In her contribution, the professor addresses the concept of Responsible Internationalisation and its growing relevance for higher education. Craveiro advocates for a transition from transactional approaches to partnership models with a transformative dimension.
This edition of the journal features eight articles by researchers and collaborators from EUTOPIA Alliance institutions and their Global Partners. It includes two articles from the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, exploring the challenges of global academic cooperation and balancing international openness with principles of security, sustainability, and institutional responsibility.
The EUTOPIA Review is aimed at a broad audience, including lecturers, researchers, students, technical professionals, partners, and decision-makers in the education sector. The aim is to deepen the debate on the future of international cooperation and highlight best practices in the field.
The fourth edition of the EUTOPIA Review is available for online consultation.
