This gesture of welcome and support includes essential products such as diapers, wipes, and creams, aiming to provide useful assistance during a demanding phase for parents.
The initiative is seen as an investment in the parish's future, as a strong community begins with supporting people from day one. The program is intended for parents residing in Moscavide and Portela, with specific requirements including the residence of the baby and at least one parent in the parish, and the registration of a household member.
Applications must be submitted up to six months after the child's birth, via a form available at the Municipal Service Points or on the Parish Council's official website. Required documents include the baby's birth registration and a copy of the parents' Citizen Card, along with an updated proof of residence.
