The Lisbon School of Engineering (ISEL) organized a workshop focused on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the recruitment process, covering everything from CV creation to interview preparation.

The initiative, titled “The AI Era: From CV to Interview”, featured Mariana Castro Lima, International Talent Acquisition at Ivy Partners. The event took place on October 8th, as part of ISEL's Job Fair, in collaboration with the Student Support Space (EAA).
During the interactive session, students explored the various stages of job searching, including networking and CV building. Discussions covered how AI can be a valuable tool to support entry into the job market, reflecting current technological trends.
The workshop's main objective was to familiarize students with contemporary labor market dynamics, equipping them with practical skills for recruitment challenges in the digital age.
