Nicolo Bulega recovered from an early setback to win WorldSBK Race 1 at the Estoril Circuit, equalling Alvaro Bautista's record for victories. Alberto Surra secured his second podium finish.

Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) secured his 27th victory of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship season, dominating Race 1 at the Estoril Circuit. After dropping to third on the opening lap, Bulega fought back, took the lead, and set a new race lap record of 1:34.964s, matching Alvaro Bautista's 2023 record.
Bulega's teammate, Iker Lecuona, claimed his 29th WorldSBK podium, while Alberto Surra (Motocorsa Racing) celebrated his second podium in the category, finishing in third place. Surra managed to maintain his composure despite pressure from Miguel Oliveira (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team), securing his first podium in a main race.
Miguel Oliveira recovered to fourth place after a slower start, holding off Alex Lowes (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team), who finished fifth. Lorenzo Baldassarri (Team GoEleven) climbed to sixth, despite being hit from behind by Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team) on lap six.
Axel Bassani (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) finished seventh, fending off a late charge from Montella. Alvaro Bautista took ninth place, ahead of Garrett Gerloff (Kawasaki WorldSBK Team), who completed the top ten.
Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) finished 11th, followed by Jake Dixon (Honda HRC) in 12th and Xavi Vierge (Pata Maxus Yamaha) in 13th. Andrea Locatelli (Pata Maxus Yamaha) narrowly missed out on points in 16th.
Stefano Manzi (GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team) crashed on the penultimate lap, crossing the finish line in last place.
