The opening of a public tender for the acquisition of 6 new forest firefighting vehicles, with an investment of 1.5 million euros (+ VAT), destined for six regional fire brigades, has been approved.
The CIMRL will request an urgent meeting with the Government to advocate for the extension of the application deadline for the Municipal Emergency Fund and the simplification of procedures, given the scale of damage caused by the weather events at the beginning of the year.
The CIMRL also expressed concern regarding the need for the CCDR Centro to ensure funding for pending payments to professionals responsible for assessing the reconstruction processes of affected homes, awaiting a solution to regularize the outstanding amounts.
