Sports associations in the municipality participating in federated competitions can submit their forms by the deadline. The objective is to gather information on disciplines, teams, categories, competitions, number of athletes, and planned organizational and training activities for the new sports season.
Before submitting the application, associations must confirm they have an active and updated Municipal Register of Associations (RMA), along with all valid mandatory documentation.
Situations that may lead to increased evaluation scores for the application will require the attachment of the respective supporting documents.
The Municipality of Gouveia calls for timely completion of the forms and prior confirmation that all information and documentation is duly updated.
