The Junta de Freguesia of Folgosinho has opened the registration period for the Traditional Products Fair, an event part of the Festa dos Sabores de Montanha. The initiative aims to promote local crafts, economy, and endogenous products of the region, with a special focus on chestnuts, rye bread, honey, jams, dried fruits, traditional sweets, mushrooms, game, and cured meats.
Local producers and artisans are invited to participate in this event celebrating mountain traditions. The deadline for registration is October 16th.
The Festa dos Sabores de Montanha is promoted by the Junta de Freguesia of Folgosinho, in partnership with the Municipality of Gouveia, the Rede das Aldeias de Montanha (Network of Mountain Villages), the Instituto de Gouveia – Escola Profissional (Professional School), and local associations.
