The seminar, titled “A Heart for a Lifetime,” was held as part of World Heart Day and supported by the Vila Viçosa Municipal Council. Professionals from ULSAC and invited specialists shared knowledge on preventing cardiovascular diseases, risk factors, and the importance of healthy lifestyles throughout life.
Nurse Vanda Falcato, Coordinator of the Community Care Unit of Vila Viçosa, emphasized that "initiatives like this bring healthcare closer to the community and reinforce the importance of lifelong prevention. Caring for the heart also involves promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to make more informed and healthier choices."
