The CCDR Alentejo celebrated the professional certification of 30 more public administration workers in the region, achieving 160% execution of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

The Coordination and Regional Development Commission of Alentejo, I.P., marked in October a significant advancement in valuing the human resources of the region's Public Administration through its Qualification Center for Public Administration. Professional certifications for 30 more workers integrated into strategic sectors for the region were successfully completed.
Of the certified workers, 21 completed the Recognition, Validation, and Certification of Competencies (RVCC) pathway as Educational Action Technicians (TAE). This initiative, developed in partnership with the Campo Maior Municipal Council and with the collaboration of the Comendador Rui Nabeiro Educational Center, aims to strengthen the skills of professionals who daily support the educational and formative journey of children in the municipality.
In parallel, 9 workers obtained certification as Auxiliary Health Technicians (TAS). This qualification addresses the demands in healthcare provision and was carried out in coordination with the Local Health Unit of Alto Alentejo (ULSAALE).
With these results, the CCDR Alentejo AP Qualification Center reaches the milestone of 805 participants between 2022 and 2026, representing a physical execution rate of 160% compared to the initially contracted targets under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
This shared success demonstrates the continuous commitment of CCDR Alentejo, IP and its institutional partners in modernizing Public Administration, promoting the valorization of its workers, and consequently, improving the quality of public services provided to the citizens of Alentejo.
