The primary objective of these interventions is to reduce vegetation load and consequently prevent rural fires. The works will cover a lateral strip of at least 10 meters wide along municipal roads and paths, affecting various parishes within the municipality.
Actions include cutting and removing vegetation, correcting tree species density, and felling trees that pose a risk to public roads. However, trees with significant landscape or heritage value will be preserved.
Owners, tenants, usufructuaries, and other holders of the affected land are obliged to grant access for the execution of the works. Additionally, they must remove the resulting debris within a maximum of 7 working days after completion.
The official notice and a detailed map of the intervention areas are available for public consultation, allowing citizens to identify the specific zones that will be covered by these works.
