The project, promoted by the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) in coordination with the Metropolitan Region of Coimbra, aims to share experiences, support decentralization processes, and strengthen the resilience of local communities.
The Letter of Intent establishes a mutual commitment to deepen knowledge and develop joint initiatives. The following day, October 23rd, a delegation from Lopushne visited Góis, accompanied by a representative from the Association of Ukrainian Cities.

The agenda included the presentation of the Decentralized Social Intervention Model by Councillor Paula Matos, and the tourism potential of the Ceira River by Afonso Silva from Trans Serrano Aventura. The delegation also visited the Municipal Hall, the historic center, the riverside area, the Xisto Village of Aigra Nova, and the Cerro da Candosa Boardwalks.
