The Municipal Services of Urban Transport of Coimbra (SMTUC) have announced that starting tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th, and for an estimated period of 3 working days, Line 22 will operate with an alternative route. This change is due to the closure to traffic of Rua da Escola Nova, as part of the “Routine Road Network Conservation Works”.
The alternative route for Line 22, starting from R. da República, will follow R. 1.º de Maio, then return to R. da Escola Nova to resume its usual path. The stop 1165 (Fala – Rua da Escola Nova) will be deactivated during this period.
SMTUC recommends using their mobile application, the App SMTUC, available for Android and iOS, to follow these and other service changes.
