Interventions in public spaces include pavement repair around the Skate Park and improvements to Largo do Romal, involving widening tree pits, demolishing an existing bench, and installing new cobblestone pavement, as well as reinforcing public lighting with LED projectors. The plan also foresees strengthening public lighting in the Baixa de Coimbra and punctual regularization of the Couraça de Lisboa to minimize depressions and potholes in the pavement.
Rua José Falcão will undergo pavement repair to enhance pedestrian and vehicular circulation conditions. Additionally, maintenance, conservation, and repair of cobblestone sidewalks will be carried out in various city locations, such as Rua da Alegria, Avenida Elísio de Moura, Rua Pedro Monteiro, Rua do Colégio Novo, Praça da República, and the area surrounding the Estádio Cidade de Coimbra. Leaf cleaning will be carried out in the Jardim da Avenida Sá da Bandeira and Parque Manuel Braga, trees and flower boxes will be watered on Rua da Sofia, and trees will be maintained in various locations. Grass cutting will cover several landscaped areas, including Parque Manuel Braga, Praça da Canção, Urbanização Brotero, Jardim da Portagem, Jardim da Avenida Sá da Bandeira, Casa da Escrita, roundabouts, and city dividers.
Maintenance of the Municipality's children's parks, including the washing of the Monte Formoso Children's Park, is also planned. Stakes will be placed in the Parque Verde Margem Esquerda to delineate the landscaped area. Cleaning of the lakes at Avenida Sá da Bandeira, Escadas Mendes Silva, Praça 8 de Maio, Praça da Canção, and Lago da Quinta da Maia, as well as the planting of annual flowers in the flowerbed of Casa do Sal, complete the announced actions.
