The Municipality of Figueira da Foz gathered over fifty Social Network partners to define social intervention priorities in the municipality, as part of the Social Charter's development.

On October 28th, the Multipurpose Room of the Paço de Tavarede Building hosted a working meeting focused on the construction of the Social Charter for the Municipality of Figueira da Foz. The initiative brought together representatives from the Local Council for Social Action and institutions integrated into the Network of Social Services and Equipment (RSES).
The main objective was to promote the active participation of entities involved in social intervention within the municipality, engaging partners in identifying and prioritizing the territory's key social challenges. Throughout the session, social problems were validated and prioritized, and intervention strategies and priorities for local social response were defined.
The strong participation of partners highlights the importance of networking and inter-institutional cooperation in defining social development policies and measures, contributing to more effective, inclusive, and concerted intervention.
The Social Charter of the Municipality of Figueira da Foz is a fundamental strategic instrument for planning the network of social services and facilities, enabling the identification of needs, optimization of resources, and promotion of better coordination among various local agents.
