On October 1st, the Municipality of Carrazeda de Ansiães participated in the Intermunicipal Senior Sports Event, held in Valpaços. The event involved ten municipalities and aimed to promote physical activity, active aging, and, above all, social interaction among senior participants.
The day began at the Santuário da Nossa Senhora da Saúde, where an energetic physical activity session was led by the group “Irmãos Coragem”. Following this, all seniors paraded through the city streets to the Municipal Hall.
Lunch took place at the Pavilhão Multiusos, followed by an afternoon filled with music and dance, fostering an atmosphere of joy and sharing among all attendees.
