The final proposal for the Amendment of the Caniçada Detailed Plan was unanimously approved by the Municipal Council of Terras de Bouro at its ordinary meeting on October 14th. The document, which includes the Public Discussion Ponderation Report, will now be submitted for consideration by the Municipal Assembly.
The public discussion took place over 20 working days, from July 6th to July 31st, 2026, during which two valid submissions were received. Both were analyzed and accepted in the final ponderation report.
In compliance with the Legal Regime for Territorial Management Instruments, the report will be published on the Municipality's website and the Collaborative Territorial Management Platform. Participants will be notified of the responses to their submissions.
Following approval by the Municipal Assembly, the Caniçada Detailed Plan will proceed to publication in the Diário da República and subsequent deposit at the Direção-Geral do Território.
