The Barcelos Municipal Council has inaugurated the renovation works of its One-Stop Shop, an essential space for contact between the municipality and citizens, now more functional and comfortable.

The intervention, aimed at improving public service conditions and providing greater comfort and functionality to the municipal facilities, was visited yesterday by the President of the Barcelos Municipal Council, Mário Constantino Lopes, accompanied by other members of the municipal executive. During the visit, attendees were able to see the improvements made and interact with the staff who provide daily service to residents.
The One-Stop Shop, a key point of contact between the council and citizens, offers information and support in various areas of municipal competence. Residents can handle matters related to licenses and administrative procedures, urban planning processes, urban waste, social support, and education, among others.
The renovation sought to make the service more functional and suited to users' needs, while simultaneously improving working conditions for municipal professionals. This initiative is part of Barcelos Municipality's commitment to administrative modernization and the enhancement of public services, aiming to promote more efficient, accessible, and citizen-centric service.
