The program is aimed at young residents of the municipality, aged between 18 and 30, and aims to provide experiences in activities of municipal interest, developing personal, social, and professional skills. Opportunities cover areas such as Education, Heritage and Culture, Sports, Health, Social Action, Environment, and Civil Protection, among others.
Applications must be submitted by filling out the specific form available on the Municipality's Online Services, until November 15, 2026. Requirements include residency in the municipality for more than two years (waivable in cases of proven economic hardship) and submission of a copy of the Citizen Card/ID Card, Tax Identification Number, proof of residence, educational certificate, and updated Curriculum Vitae. Candidates can indicate up to three preferred areas.
The selection process, managed by the Almodôvar Municipal Chamber, considers interest in the areas, suitability of training, length of registration, and academic qualifications. Selected youth will be informed about their placement location, period, schedule, tasks, and supervising mentor. The program includes accident insurance and a monthly stipend, concluding with a certificate of participation.
