The Municipality of Estarreja is launching a user satisfaction survey in the municipality's health units this Friday, October 23rd, aiming to gather opinions on the quality of facilities and services.

The survey, running until November 20th, covers the main building of the Estarreja Health Center, the Terras do Antuã Family Health Unit (USF) in Salreu, and the Águas do Gonde USF (Avanca and Pardilhó Polos). Users can participate by completing a questionnaire distributed at the health units or online.
Responses will be analyzed by municipal services to assess user satisfaction and identify potential improvements in facilities and services provided, including hygiene, cleaning, and safety.
This initiative falls under the responsibilities of the Municipality of Estarreja concerning the management, maintenance, and upkeep of non-medical buildings and equipment, as well as cleaning services, surveillance and security support, external landscaping, and the supply of utilities such as electricity, gas, and water.
