The reception, held on October 12th, was part of an educational exchange program, aiming to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the historical, cultural, and institutional reality of the municipality. The initiative served to promote the history of Angra do Heroísmo, its UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Municipality's role in fostering education, citizenship, and international relations.
The Erasmus program is considered a significant tool for learning and cultural exchange, encouraging contact between young people and teachers from different countries, and fostering experiences of sharing and personal enrichment.
“"Educational exchanges are a unique opportunity to learn about new realities, share experiences, and broaden horizons. It is always a pleasure to welcome projects to Angra do Heroísmo that promote this spirit of learning and cooperation."
